Cart Castle Golf Cart Service Department
With over 30 years of combined experience, you know your golf cart is in good hands at Cart Castle. Our highly skilled team of professionals and golf cart enthusiasts are ready to help with preventive maintenance, repairs, and customizations. And with one of the largest inventories of golf cart parts and accessories in the country, most repairs and customizations can be completed in just a few business days.
We also offer a golf cart pick-up and delivery service in addition to a complimentary cart steam cleaning. For all pick-ups and deliveries, you will be contacted in advance to schedule a time convenient for you.
Golf Cart Maintenance
Maintenance may not be the first thing you think of, however it’s important to note that regular golf cart service is essential to keeping your cart in excellent condition. Here is a general list of services we provide on EZ-GO, Yamaha, Club Cart and Evolution golf carts:
- Front end alignment
- Grease all grease fittings (Steering and control arms)
- Check tire pressures/rotate tires
- Adjust/Replace steering tie rod
- Clean and adjust brakes
- Rotate and/or replace tires
Golf Cart Battery Services:
- Battery diagnostic test
- Clean battery connections and check for corrosion/replace battery cables
- Top off battery water levels
- Replace lead acid batteries
- Upgrade to lithium batteries
Gas Golf Cart Specific Services:
- Check and/or replace fuel and air filters
- Check and/or replace rear differential fluid
- Check and/or replace engine oil
- Check and/or replace all belts
- Grease all grease fittings (Steering and control arms)

If scheduled in advance most work can be completed in just a few business days. We currently offer pick-up and delivery service in Liberty Hill, Georgetown, Leander, Burnet, Bertram, Marble Falls, Jonestown, Sun City, Cedar Park, Brushy Creek, Round Rock and Austin.
